TroubaDores (formerly Dore Chimes) was created in 2001 as a small concert group generated from members of the main Dore G&S society. It gives an opportunity for the members to sing pieces other than G&S throughout the year and gives more people the chance to sing solos and duets than the main operetta allows for. We have found that it encourages people to have the  confidence to perform alone and has increased the numbers auditioning for parts in the main show.
